Coaching Constellations Romania

In early 2017 Oana Tanase and Doru Curteanu, experienced coaches and participants on the first international ‘Path to Mastery’ program organised a systemic constellations learning circle in Bucharest that brought together 18 coaches, leaders, HR and OD consultants from 7 different countries. It was on this occasion that Olga Oltean and Adela Iepure of One2Coach learned more about the approach and subsequently partnered with Oana and Doru to invite founder of Coaching Constellations John Whittington to Bucharest to offer the Coaching and Business Constellations trainings.

The first training in systemic coaching and business constellations, with 16 Romanian coaches, entrepreneurs and facilitators began later in 2017 and completed in the spring of 2018. As a result of the feedback and growing interest John, Oana and Doru, in partnership with One2Coach, launched ‘Coaching Constellations Romania’ in the summer of 2018 and the next cycle of training which completed in March 2019.

This year training programmes, ‘Fundamentals Part I‘ took place on October 26th – 27th 2019 and ‘Fundamentals Part II‘ will follow on 4th, 5th and 6th of December 2019.
